Ejari Helper is an independent Dubai tenancy toolkit: it fills the official DLD tenancy contract from your documents, answers rental-law questions grounded in the governing legislation, and publishes free guides with the actual fees rather than approximations. It is not a government service, not a filing agent, and it says so on every page.

Stated plainly because the distinction matters and is often blurred: Ejari Helper is an independent service. It has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or connection to the Dubai Land Department, RERA, or any UAE government body. Ejari is a Dubai Land Department mark, used here descriptively to refer to the system these guides are about.

Anyone who asks you to email an Emirates ID and a signed tenancy contract before quoting a price is not a government service either. The government fee is published, fixed, and payable directly to DLD.

How the guidance is sourced

Three instruments govern Dubai tenancies, and everything on this site is grounded in them:

Law No. 26 of 2007	The tenancy law itself — registration duty, landlord and tenant obligations
Law No. 33 of 2008	Amends Law 26/2007 — notice periods, eviction grounds, maintenance
Decree No. 43 of 2013	The rent-increase caps, applied through the RERA rental index

Ejari is a Dubai Land Department mark. Registration always happens through official channels — the Dubai REST app, dubailand.gov.ae, or a trustee centre.

Does Ejari Helper register Ejari for me?

No, and that is deliberate. We prepare the document that gets registered — the DLD Unified Tenancy Contract, auto-filled from your Emirates IDs and Title Deed — and we answer Dubai tenancy-law questions. You file the registration yourself for the government fee of AED 177.75, rather than paying us a markup to press the same buttons.
