This Privacy Policy explains how Ejari Helper ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our AI-powered tenancy contract service at ejarihelper.ae.
1. Information We Process
To provide the service, you upload documents which may contain personal information including:
- Emirates ID details (name, ID number, nationality, date of birth)
- Title Deed details (property address, plot number, owner information)
- Previous Ejari certificate details (optional)
- Contact details you enter manually (phone number, email address)
- Rental agreement details (rent amount, contract period, payment mode)
2. How We Use Your Information
Your documents and data are used solely to extract relevant fields and generate your tenancy contract PDF. Specifically:
- Documents are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI API for text extraction and are subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy
- Extracted data is used to populate the DLD-format contract PDF
- No document images or files are stored on our servers after processing
- No personal data is retained after your session ends
3. Data Storage
We do not store your uploaded documents or the personal information extracted from them. All processing is performed in-memory and discarded immediately after your PDF is generated. Your browser's sessionStorage temporarily holds file data during the payment step — this is cleared after use and never sent to our servers permanently.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Ziina, a licensed payment service provider in the UAE. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Please review Ziina's Privacy Policy for details on how payment data is handled.
5. Analytics & Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics platforms. We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel. No cookies are set by our service.
6. Third-Party Services
- Anthropic Claude API — AI document extraction
- Ziina — payment processing (UAE)
- Google Fonts — typography (loaded from Google CDN)
7. Data Security
All data transmitted between your browser and our service is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Documents are processed in isolated server memory and are not written to persistent storage.
8. Children's Privacy
Our service is intended for adults entering into tenancy agreements in Dubai. We do not knowingly collect information from persons under 18 years of age.
9. Your Rights
Since we do not store your personal data after your session, there is no retained data to access, correct, or delete. If you have concerns about data processed during your session, please contact us.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
