Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Ejari Helper ("Service", "we", "us", "our") at ejarihelper.ae. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Ejari Helper is an AI-powered online tool that automates the preparation of Dubai Land Department (DLD) standard tenancy contract forms (EJARI). You upload your identity and property documents; the Service extracts the relevant fields using AI and generates a pre-filled PDF contract for your review.
The Service is a document preparation tool only. It does not constitute legal advice, does not represent either party in any tenancy transaction, and does not submit or register contracts with EJARI, the Dubai Land Department, or any government authority on your behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a tenancy agreement to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to upload the documents you submit.
3. Payment
The Service charges a one-time fee of AED 30 per contract generation. Payment is processed by Ziina, a UAE-licensed payment service provider. The fee is non-refundable once the AI extraction and PDF generation have been completed, regardless of whether you proceed with the tenancy agreement.
If a technical error prevents your PDF from being delivered after payment, please contact us at hello@ejarihelper.ae and we will investigate and remedy the issue.
4. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
The Service uses Anthropic's Claude AI to extract data from your uploaded documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-based extraction may occasionally produce errors, omissions, or misreadings — particularly for handwritten text, low-quality scans, or non-standard document formats.
You are solely responsible for reviewing the generated contract before signing or submitting it. Always verify that all names, Emirates ID numbers, property details, dates, and financial figures are correct. Do not rely solely on the AI-extracted output without independent verification.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload documents that do not belong to you or that you are not authorised to process
- Use the Service to generate fraudulent, forged, or misleading tenancy contracts
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its underlying APIs
- Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable UAE or international law
6. Intellectual Property
The DLD standard tenancy contract form is published by the Dubai Land Department. Ejari Helper does not claim ownership of the form template. All other content, design, code, and branding of ejarihelper.ae are the property of Ejari Helper and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your documents and personal data are processed. In summary: we do not store your documents or personal information after your session ends.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ejari Helper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in the generated contract, loss of data, or any reliance placed on the PDF output.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the transaction giving rise to the claim (AED 30).
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that extracted data will be completely accurate.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
